Senior Campaign Manager/Platform Manager

A collective of companies creating an in-house marketing agency focused on the Web3 and blockchain industries, dedicated exclusively to serving its own businesses is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager.

The company's services encompass a wide range of offerings, including marketing strategies, programmatic campaigns, analysis, creative design and visuals, video production and editing, and more. Its internal businesses consist of revolutionary projects in DeFi, NFTs, and more.

As a Senior Campaign manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for several companies in the group. You will help coordinate marketing campaigns and content across various channels including Facebook, Google, YouTube, X and more, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximum impact. You will be working hands-on as part of the marketing team that is proficient in driving strategies and solutions to crypto focused projects and companies. As the sole Senior Campaign manager you will report straight to the management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in campaign management, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving results through campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with running campaigns, analyzing and optimizing them on: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, X ads, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Experience with market research - competitive landscape analysis.
• Must have a strong understanding of marketing funnels and tactics available for each.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
• Proven experience with Marketing in the cryptocurrency and blockchain.- is a plus
• Knowledge of Blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, etc.). - is a plus

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for each of the company's internal clients, including lead generation, Remarketing and brand awareness.
• Manage all aspects of PPC advertising across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, X ads, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
• Manage and set up marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google analytics, Addressable and more.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies and budgets as needed to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new features of PPC platforms, and incorporate best practices into campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align PPC strategies with overall business goals.
