Responsibilities

• Performs complex financial analyses for specific functions or business units, identifies issues and recommends solutions.
• Reconciliation of accounts.
• Conducts comprehensive financial analyses for specific functions or business units, providing valuable analytics to support key business initiatives.
• Participates in cross-functional teams as a representative of the finance domain.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with business leaders to guide and influence decision-making.
• Supports policy and process enhancement, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and organizational growth.
• Analyzes trends within the business and ensures alignment with overall business objectives to drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long-term).
• Provides information and counsel in the areas of controls, budgeting, and planning, return on investment decisions, and the development of overall business plans and strategies.
• Solve difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
• Leads moderate to high-complexity projects, delivers professionally written reports, and supports the realization of operational and strategic plans.
  
  

• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in an FP&A function
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management. MBA is an advantage.
• Analytical mind with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment
• Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to translate financial analytics into clear and insightful recommendations
• Efficient and creative problem-solver
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Experience working with ERP systems and BI tools (such as Tableau).
• Excellent English skills – writing and verbal
