Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our tech team at Innoccu. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background and the unique ability to translate clinical needs into technological solutions. As CTO, you will be instrumental in crafting our technology strategy, spearheading innovation, and clearly articulating our vision to stakeholders, including investors.

This role demands a leader who is passionate about the intersection of technology and child development, and committed to making a tangible impact on the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and deployment of our digital health products, ensuring high standards of quality, security, and performance.
• Define the platform's architecture and roadmap while actively contributing to its development.
• Translate clinical requirements into robust, scalable technological solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, product managers, and market experts, in an agile development environment.
• Communicate technological milestones, strategies, and vision effectively to investors and other stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar leadership role.
• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the healthcare or digital health industry, with a solid understanding of clinical processes and requirements (ISO, HIPAA, FDA/CE).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical teams and stakeholders, including investors.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on out-of-the-box reasoning and a relentless drive for product enhancement
