As a Front-End Tech Lead, you willoversee and manage the entire Front-End architecture, ensure our front-end code is of the highest quality, and work closely with product owners and the head of design. This role combines technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of front-end technologies to set and uphold high-quality standards and raise the bar for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage the entire Front-End architecture.
• Mentor our Front-End engineers and work closely with product owners and head of design to understand detailed requirements, taking ownership of your code from design and implementation to test automation and delivery, ensuring high-quality products for our users.
• Ensure our front-end code is of the highest quality by practicing and promoting engineering best practices, including code reviews, pair programming, and maintaining clean, well-documented code.
• Drive product innovation andcontribute to designing and implementing new features while enhancing and optimizing the existing features and product’s uses.
  
  

• 8 years of experience as a software engineer
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React/Angular 2+
• Strong TypeScript skills – MUST
• Experience with NGRX or other state management tools – a big advantage.
• Experience with Cypress or other JavaScript automation testing frameworks – a big advantage.
• Familiarity with Java – advantage
• Experience with Angular Material – advantage.
• Deep understanding of Angular's best practice architecture
• Experience in Leading teams – advantage.
• Experience in leading a product through its transformative journey from ideation to production.
• Exceptional hands-on skills and capabilities with a “Can Do” attitude.
• Ability to set and uphold high-quality standards and raise the bar for excellence.
