R&D Senior Group leader for a Cyber Security company (3+years)

If you are an R&D team leader with at least 3 years of experience with managing full-stack developers, setting the technical & cultural tone for the team, and looking to step up your game, we are looking for you to join our forces as a Senior Group Leader and be responsible for leading one of our products.

In this role, you will lead a team of full-stack developers and DevOps engineers, developing one of our cyber security products. You will work closely with the product team to define, plan, and execute the product's new features and technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities: 

· Lead a team of full-stack developers and DevOps as the direct manager 

· Act as the team scrum master

· Lead the technical aspects of the team (design, architecture, code reviews, etc.)

· Be part of the R&D staff in cross-R.&D tasks.

· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, fostering their growth.

· Contribute to the definition and implementation of software architecture.

· Creative problem-solving skills.

· At least 8 years of hands-on full-stack experience (+3 years in Python,+1 year in React.js. is a must).

· At least two years as a tech lead for software development teams, growing and mentoring engineers-Must

· Experience in - RabbitMQ PostgreSQL – A Must

· Experience with Docker, K8S - a big advantage

· Cares about clean code and enjoys great design

· Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork

· Ability to work in a flexible, agile environment on a variety of subjects and technologies

· Experience in developing products throughout their full life cycle - a big advantage

· Fluent English – speaking, reading, and writing
