As a solo non-technical founder with a vision for transformative sales solutions, I am seeking a Technical Co-Founder who can lead our product development and help shape the future of sales technology.

Role Overview: As the Technical Co-Founder, you will be instrumental in driving the technical vision and development of our platform. This role offers the unique opportunity to join as a pivotal member of the startup, directly impacting our strategic direction, product development, and overall success in the SalesTech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative solutions.
• Oversee the engineering team to enhance product architecture and implement new features.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define technical requirements and set actionable goals.
• Manage technical resources effectively, ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and integrate it into product development.
• Prepare for scaling challenges and strategize on overcoming potential technical hurdles.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in software development, ideally with exposure to the SalesTech or related industries.
• Strong background in system architecture and an adept understanding of scalable platforms.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a technical team.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to work in the fluid and evolving environment of a startup.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about product and business challenges.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Prior experience as a CTO or co-founder in a startup is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
