Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content within our Product, collaborating closely with our customers to meet their specific needs.
• Manage content calendars and workflows to ensure timely publication and alignment with customer requirements.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance content quality and relevance.
• Produce compelling content across various platforms including blogs, articles, social media, and more.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging integrity.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for maximum reach and impact.
• Oversee content production, including coordination with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications:

• Working days are from Monday to Friday.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation or content marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and global stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
