We are looking for a motivated and serious candidate to complete our Risk & Compliance team, with a passion for the financial markets world.

You will need to quickly adapt to trader needs. You will also have to deliver a human and consultative support approach by keeping our company’s spirit, through creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of financial markets and The5ers’ programs.

This is a full-time position at our office in Raanana.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and analyzing financial markets and trading activity to identify any potential risks.
2. Investigating and analyzing irregular quotes, fraudulent activities, and other anomalies in the trading operations.
3. Conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
4. Communicating with clients professionally to resolve any issues related to compliance issues & trading activities, and ensuring their satisfaction.
5. Collaborating with traders and analysts to develop risk mitigation strategies and procedures.
6. Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management policies and procedures and making recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the financial markets, preferably with previous trading experience *is a must*
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English *a must*
• Familiarity with trading platforms and CRM systems
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
