Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Operations Manager (Wet chemistry) at Red Sea Fish Pharm Ltd. located in Eilat. The Laboratory Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day laboratory operations, ensuring laboratory safety, managing laboratory equipment, conducting quality control procedures, and providing operations management. The role requires strong knowledge and experience in wet chemistry techniques and laboratory procedures.

• Laboratory Safety, Laboratory Skills, and Laboratory Equipment expertise
• Experience in Quality Control procedures
• Operations Management skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in wet chemistry techniques (Spectrophotometry, ICP-OES, AAS)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
