Job Description:

• Work with a small agile Data Science team managing all our data processes.

• Design and build an internal scientific research web application for 100 researchers to explore big data.

• Replace an existing but aging web application - backend and data already exist.

• Implement many features using SQL and NoSQL databases and caches in a React web app, Node.js, and mainly OOP Python.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent

• 5+ years of production-grade expert python programming skills, including strong SQL &

NoSQL

• 4+ years of frontend in React - Must

• Strong object-oriented Python background, including leading data/ML open-source libraries –

Must

• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud infrastructure (GCP preferable)

• Experience with one or more data orchestration tools (Airflow on Kubernetes preferable)

• Fluent written and spoken English is a must in an international company

• A curious mind and a general technical can-do attitude
