Network Operations Center- Student NOC position

A computer science, information systems, or a similar degree student with two years left to graduate?

Coolvision is looking for the next star to join our amazing NOC team (🤩) to monitor, control, and case the active production systems 24/7. The position includes working with development teams and other factors in the company, quickly responding to initial problems discovered in the system, etc.

Requirements:

• A student who has two years left to graduate.
• Service orientation.
• High expressive and communication skills.
• English at a good level.
• Ability to reach independently.
• Shifts include weekends and holidays.
• Experience in technical support positions (NOC/Tier 1/ internal organizational support"). Military experience is also possible - a significant advantage.
