Product Designer

anecdotes is a B-round startup founded in June 2020 that is leading the Compliance Automation space for hyper growth companies. We believe that credible, visible, and actionable data should be the foundation of every GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) team’s decision-making process. That is why we help enterprises collect and standardize data from hundreds of SaaS tools, cloud infrastructures, private networks, databases, and more, to gain continuous visibility into their Security Compliance posture.

Join our Design team at anecdotes and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the compliance landscape. As a Product Designer, you will report to the Head of Design and work with diverse teams to create innovative, user-centric products that help businesses streamline their compliance processes.. You will have the opportunity to lead design initiatives, create a comprehensive Design System, and ensure our products deliver exceptional user experiences. What You'll Do:

• Design complex, user-centric products that drive the compliance journey for businesses of all sizes.
• Initiate and lead design processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and compliance leaders.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive Design System, ensuring consistency and high-quality design standards across all products.
• Write clear and detailed documentation for the Design System to facilitate understanding and usage by all stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
• Conduct user research and analyze product usage to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the design process and product quality.
• Adapt to changes and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Who You Are:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience designing complex products in B2B tech company.
• Proven ability to initiate and lead design processes with different parties within a company.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Design Systems, including creation and maintenance.
• High expressive ability, particularly in writing clear and comprehensive documentation for Design Systems.
• Experience working closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
• Sharpness and ability to understand and navigate complex fields.
• Strong desire to research and analyze product usage to inform design decisions.
• Attributes of fairness, patience, adaptability to change, and a lack of ego.
• Independent learning ability and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between different topics efficiently.
