SW Project Manager

Job Description:

· Track the status of project deliverables and milestones in collaboration with the delivery teams (R&D, PM)

· Ensure that projects and programs are run in a standardized way

· Manage dependencies across multiple projects

· Implement and maintain project management tools

· Improve existing project management policies and processes and develop new ones

· Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize the progress of the project.

· Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.

· Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and a new request

· Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

· Be the point of contact for external communications (such as stakeholders)

· Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Requirements:

· Able to work independently as well as collaboratively

· Organized, detail-oriented, analytic and driven to produce results

· Able to work well under pressure

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Hebrew and English

· Experience in a Software Project Management

· Excellent communication and servant leadership skills

· Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability

· Outstanding organizational skills

· Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (Definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, etc.) - Advantage
