Procurement Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced procurement manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process of product components from various companies, while ensuring timely delivery and managing good relationships with suppliers. The position requires negotiation management skills, problem solving, and in-depth knowledge of procurement and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Management of procurement processes:

Management and execution of component orders according to the product formulations.

Tracking the progress of orders, from their submission to their delivery to the warehouse.

• Supplier relations and point of contact:

Creating and maintaining relationships with local and international suppliers.

Managing negotiations on prices, delivery terms and payment terms.

Examination and signing of procurement contracts and supply agreements.

• Inventory management:

Monitoring and managing the inventory of components in the ERP system.

Coordination with the logistics team to ensure the availability of the required materials.

• Coordination and logistics:

Coordinating shipment of components to manufacturers according to defined schedules.

Dealing with delays or deficiencies while finding quick and efficient solutions.

• Budget management:

Managing the procurement budget and meeting financial goals.

Reporting on procurement expenses and proposals for improving processes.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the food industry.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, logistics and inventory management.
• Ability to manage negotiations at a high level and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time.
