PYTHON TEAM LEAD

We are looking for Python Team Lead for a financial company, applied infrastructure division

Department: Actuarial and horizontal systems.

The team's tasks are:

• Establishing a system for managing investment assets on infrastructure

• Python microservices on K8S

• Workflow tool: NIFI

• SQL

• Project management with external suppliers

Description of the main activities and tasks in the position:

• Designing and building architectural solutions in complex processes

• Managing the schedule and tasks of employees working in sprints under the AGILE methodology

• Managing the development and maintenance of investment management systems

• Coordination of the work plans and projects with the referents in the investment division

• Promotion and professional development of the employees

• Code review of team members, setting standards and work processes

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing teams - mandatory

• Parallel management of projects, ongoing control of aspects of content, pricing and schedule, ability to motivate people - a must

• Experience in SQL development and maintenance - mandatory

• Experience in Python development and maintenance - mandatory

• Experience in the development and infrastructure of Python microservices on K8S - an advantage

• Experience in developing and maintaining workflows / BPM tools: NIFI - an advantage

• Background and experience in the investment/financial world - an advantage

• Development experience in the world of BI and BI infrastructure - an advantage
