Job Description:

As an Experienced Game Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing engaging and innovative game mechanics & features.

You will work closely with our development team, artists, and other designers to create memorable gameplay experiences that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and design game concepts, mechanics, and systems that enhance player engagement and satisfaction.

- Create detailed game design documents, including gameplay mechanics, storylines, characters, and level design.

- Collaborate with artists, developers, and other designers to ensure cohesive and immersive game experiences.

- Iterate on game designs based on feedback from playtesting and user research.

- Balance and fine-tune game mechanics to ensure a challenging yet rewarding experience for players.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform game design decisions.

- Contribute to the overall vision and direction of the game, ensuring it aligns with company goals and player expectations.

- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in game design, preferably in a professional studio environment.

- Proven track record of designing and shipping successful games.

- Strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, and user experience principles.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of various game genres and platforms.

- Advantage: Academic degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
