Job Description

JobTestPrep seeks a highly skilled and experienced AI Data Engineer to join our talented R&D team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and deploying data pipelines and scalable machine learning solutions, with a strong knowledge of cloud computing, data engineering, and AI best practices.

In this role, you will lead integration with AI engines through APIs to enhance our ATS platform, customizing it to meet the company's requirements. Additionally, you will develop machine learning models to improve CV analysis, video interviews, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and engineers, to deliver robust and scalable AI solutions.

Job requirements 

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in data engineering, machine learning, and AI model development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
• Strong knowledge of data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Expertise in building and consuming APIs.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
