Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Help Desk Representative at Pelecard in Rishon LeZion. The Help Desk Representative will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding payment card processing. The role involves effective communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth payment operations.
