Team Leader Cloud Penetration

A successful cybersecurity startup specializing in automotive security systems, operating in a pioneering field with few competitors.

Today, automakers need to protect both their computing facilities and the vehicles they produce from cyber threats, aiming to prevent attacks, attempts to steal credit card details and personal information from car computers, and even remote takeovers that could endanger lives.

Located near Tel Aviv's train line, the company employs 200 people and operates on a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week.

About the role

• Directly involved in the team-building process, defining the skill set and team composition based on project and business needs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers for pen-testing engagements.
• Collaborates with cloud architects within the group and other teams such as Embedded researchers, professional services, and analysts.
• Responsible for internally coordinating technical activities within the team.
• Works in a fast-paced, agile environment that fosters high collaboration and innovative thinking.
• Writes technical posts shared internally and with customers/partners.
• Manages a team of 4 employees with 50% remote work availability. Requires expertise in coding, Cloud, web, and mobile environments.

Requirements-

• Extensive experience in pentesting/hacking of web, mobile and/or cloud native application and Containerized environments.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Motivation to lead a team with a desire to maintain a decent hands-on experience.
• Excellent social, communication and proactive relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English skills (oratory and writing).
• Capable of communicating clearly both with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
