The company is a leading organization in the fintech industry, specializing in online trading.
Main Responsibilities:
- Approving and processing client deposits and withdrawals
- Maintaining daily deposit and withdrawal reports
- Handling payment related client inquiries
- Coordinating with cross functional departments
- Daily Transaction Matching and Reconciliation
- Carrying out KYC and AML procedures
- Identifying and analyzing potential financial risks
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Payments and Backoffice is a must
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in Excel
