What You'll Do:

🌟 Design, build, and launch new capabilities and features that bring significant value to our customers.

🌟 Engage in the creation and automation of complex user workflows using the latest generative AI technologies. 🌟 Collaborate with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to solve technical and product problems end-to-end.

🌟 Take responsibility for the architecture, development, deployment, and testing of complex event-driven systems and backend services.

🌟 Be a part of critical, core system technical decisions.

🌟 Uphold best practices in engineering and design, continually striving for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of experience in complex back-end systems.

✅ Strong background in DB architecture, SQL, and data/event pipelines.

✅ Familiarity with the full life cycle of software development, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.

✅ High standards for code quality and a constructive attitude to help others raise the bar.

✅ Proactive attitude and eagerness to embrace continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

🎯 Experience in generative AI and the ability to leverage these tools to automate complex processes and workflows. 🎯 Experience developing SaaS microservices in a cloud-based environment.

🎯 Proficiency in Python and AWS.

🎯 Experience with event/streaming platforms such as Kafka.

🎯 Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

🎯 Prior knowledge in the fintech technology space.
