Role and Responsibilities:

Nym is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team and report to the Vice President of Product. As a key member of the team, you will work to bridge the gap between the market's demands and the company's technical capabilities, ensuring that innovative and marketable products are delivered efficiently. As the Product Manager, you will:

• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features and requirements based on business and customer impact
• Communicate product plans, progress, and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the product roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback to inform product decisions.
• Work closely with R&D to understand technical capabilities and constraints.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate market needs into technical requirements.
• Ensure clear and continuous communication between technical and business teams to facilitate smooth product development.
• Define product specifications and ensure they are aligned with customer needs and technical capabilities.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee the creation of prototypes, MVPs, and final products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Generate regular reports on product performance
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in defining and designing complex software products
• Clinical background and/or experience with software products in the healthcare field
• Familiarity and experience with the principles and applications of AI, ML, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) in healthcare
• Excellent communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including Professional Services, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support, and Sales
• Proficiency in software development processes and methodologies, with an understanding of coding, algorithms, and data structures.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience in taking a product from 0 to 1, including concept development, prototyping, and initial launch.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in requirement analysis and eliciting product requirement
• Experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and ensure the product's success.
