Global EHS System Management Manager

Unit Description

The unit is responsible for Safety, Environment, Risk management, Industrial Hygiene Occupational Health, Emergency, Crises Management, and BCP, in the entire company.

A headquarters unit that has multiple interfaces with all sites functions around the globe.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Manage and supervise the global EHS management systems (ESM project) for company operations, to ensure compliance with OEMS policies, plans, procedures, standards, methodologies, and KPIs.
• Implementation of the global project and the training processes while optimally covering all relevant aspects and methodologies of EHS
• Collaboration with global subject matter experts to advance the main pillars of the management system. Facilitation of workshops in front of the sites and providers.
• Ensuring effective implementation of the global EHS management systems including monitoring, and KPI tracking.
• Leading and managing global technical committees.
• Initiating and leading the development of digital and technological systems including Enablon, GoArc, Ceres, etc. with the IT team.
• Characterization of the development and implementation of a computerized evaluation system within the framework of the ESM project.
• Adopting, leading, and implementing the digital transformation of the EHS while leading the change process, and monitoring the overall progress of the number of users and their level of involvement in the systems.
• Lead, implement, and monitor the implementation of the modules designed to improve methods and performance. Promoting new modules and methodologies for continuous improvement while studying performance and considering the needs of the sites, the management, and the needs of the management system.
• Taking an active part in the other activities of the global EHS.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Environment /Safety/Business.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an EHS-related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management systems.
• At least 5 years of experience in global project management, implementing high-scale changes in production and operation surroundings.
• EHS&S software systems knowledge and experience.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
