Data Science Student

Localize is an Operating System for Real Estate (LocalizeOS) based on AI. We help agents to amplify their reach, by AI connecting qualified buyers, including: NLP, recommender system, and listings enrichment.

The Data Science and Analytics team builds and maintains algorithms, analysis and datasets that power Localize's unique data platform.

Who we seek:

We are looking for a student data scientist and analyst that would like to grow with us, starting with data schema matching, SQL queries, and NLP support, and growing fast to prompt engineering, and then applying ML and NLP from conception to realization.

What will you do:

As a student data scientist on the team, you'll design, develop and expand ML & NLP solutions, starting with data preparation and analytics, and growing to automation of data processes with ML and NLP, predictions, and prompt engineering. You will be a team player with other analysts and data scientists, interact with stakeholders to connect solutions to production, impact chatbot conversation flows, learn from feedback and design our future cutting-edge AI solutions.

On a given day, you will:

• Match, upload and review data in various sources for its reliability and validity, and automate tasks of data matching, and enrich tabular data from text.
• Analyze data, supporting stakeholders
• Maintain and expand our data-science solutions
• Collaborate with data analysts and scientists, data engineers, engineers, and product.
• Take part as a data scientist on ML projects in areas of: NLP, Recommender, Prediction, Segmentation, Schema matching.
  
  

• Passionate about data, with excellent understanding of ML algorithms – Must
• BSc. last year, or M.Sc. student in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or relevant field – Must;
• Projects in Python ML hands-on experience (can be a course large project) – Must
• SQL (Redshift, Postgres) hands-on experience or large project - Must
• English and Hebrew as a Mother Tongue level - Must
• Knowledge in NLP, explainable AI, recommender systems, causal inference - Nice to have
• BI tools (preferably Looker) and data visualization - Nice to have
• Can do approach and a strong desire to learn
