AutoDS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Client Services to join our team. As a key leader in our Client Services department, you will oversee daily operations, manage team resources, and ensure the successful delivery of client projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on people management to drive team performance and client satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Director of Global Client Services, the Head of Client Services will be responsible for planning, allocating resources, and coaching managers to meet departmental goals. You will oversee workflows, pipelines, and the effective execution of client projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
People Management & Leadership:
- Manage and mentor team managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and effective delivery of goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.
Resource Planning & Allocation:
- Plan and allocate resources effectively, including managing team headcount, workload distribution, and salary planning.
- Ensure optimal use of team resources to meet client demands and project requirements.
Daily Operations & Workflow Management:
- Oversee daily tasks, workflows, and pipelines, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of client projects.
- Implement and monitor processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Client Services department.
- Continuously research and adapt new innovative and emergent software tools, with a primary focus on HubSpot automation, to elevate our operations and performance.
Project Oversight & Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with managers to assign new projects to teams, ensuring clear communication of project goals and expectations.
- Track progress and performance of ongoing projects, addressing any issues or obstacles to ensure successful completion.
Coaching & Development:
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to managers, helping them develop their skills and achieve their objectives.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to high standards and continuous improvement.
Client Satisfaction & Advocacy:
- Ensure the Client Services team delivers exceptional service, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the team, addressing any concerns and advocating for client needs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a client services or customer success role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience with CRM management, bonus points for Hubspot
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities, with a focus on resource optimization.
Operational Expertise:
- Experience in overseeing daily operations, workflows, and project pipelines.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
