AutoDS seeks a talented and driven Client Services Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key player in our Client Services department, you will provide crucial analytical insights to enhance our understanding of customer needs and behaviors, driving data-informed decisions and improvements from concept to implementation. This role requires a strong blend of analytical acumen, project management skills, and the ability to scale processes effectively.
Reporting directly to the Director of Global Client Services, the Client Services Senior Operations Manager will be pivotal in leveraging customer data to represent the customer voice within AutoDS. You will collaborate closely with team managers and other stakeholders to develop strategies that meet immediate and long-term data needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for automating and improving workflows and internal automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and key insights.
- Translate complex datasets into simple, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify, create, and manage initiatives to automate, scale, and improve customer data processes, team OKRs, and KPIs.
- Develop systems to streamline customer presentations, dashboards, and data models.
- Manage implementation and improvement of automation across the Client Services Department
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer and stakeholder data needs.
- Serve as a data subject-matter expert within the Client Services department.
Customer Advocacy:
- Represent the customer voice and data interests across the broader AutoDS team.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our customers’ experience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in an operations, data, or project management role within a fast-paced startup environment.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with automation on customer-facing tools and CRMs like, but not limited to, Zapier and Hubspot
- Proficiency and experience in presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Looker)
- Experience with data visualization.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Experience with project management tools, bonus points for knowledge of Asana.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Self-driven and with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization.
- Experience with presenting to and communicating with C-suite.
