Customer Delivery Manager - Bright Insights

As a Bright Insights Customer Delivery Manager, you will ensure the successful implementation and delivery of our solutions to customers. Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders, you will create and execute detailed implementation plans, coordinate tasks, maintain clear communication, and ensure the accuracy and quality of the delivered solutions.

Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Implementation Planning:
• Gather deal summaries from sales and create detailed implementation plans.
• Assign tasks to yourself and key stakeholders (R&D, external contractors, Data Science, Data Analysts).
• Coordination and Communication:
• Communicate with sales, customer success, and customers to gather necessary resources.
• Maintain constant communication to track progress and address issues.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure platform data accuracy using SQL.
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain data integrity.
• Dashboard Management:
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor implementation progress.
• Keep stakeholders updated on project status and milestones.
  
  

• Experience in a similar role or project management, involving numerous stakeholders, in customer delivery or implementation, within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL, as well as experience with data accuracy and quality assurance.
• Experience in building and maintaining project dashboards.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
