Product Manager

ChargeAfter is pioneering the embedded lending network for point-of-sale consumer financing for merchants and financial institutions. Powered by a network of lenders and a data-driven matching engine, ChargeAfter streamlines the distribution of credit into a single, secure, and reliable embedded lending platform. Merchants can rapidly implement ChargeAfter’s omni-channel platform online, in-store, and at every point of sale, enabling them to provide personalized financing choices to their customers.

Here at ChargeAfter, we are building the next unicorn in the Fintech industry and are looking for a talented and success-driven Product Manager to help make it happen!

Responsibilities:

• Work with our R&D team to deliver top-quality value-adding capabilities to our platform based on market insights and client needs
• Define and measure product metrics and KPIs using our analytics
• Help us make the right data-driven decisions using quantitative and qualitative tools
• Collaborate with the dev and architecture team to ensure our product is built properly
• Participate in strategic decision-making, roadmap prioritization, and exploring new opportunities
• Implement new services, and processes, and manage the continuous improvement feedback loop.
  
  

• 3+ years experience in Product Management in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of successfully driving and delivering tech products
• Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to our technical and non-technical partners
• Experience with UI/UX design specification
• Technical skills and is comfortable interfacing with technical teams
• Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies, APIs, and engineering practices
• Exceptional English, outstanding verbal and written communication
• Problem solver, curious and self-driven
• Excellent organizational skills including a strong attention to details
• Hands-on experience in software development with a vast technical background - advantage
• Experience working in a distributed environment with international teams - advantage
• Experience with startup companies and in the field of e-commerce, payments, or fraud - advantage
