What you’ll do:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Projects and Training Supervisor to join our team. The Junior Projects and Training Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects, as well as assisting in the development and delivery of training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Support project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Assist in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content.
• Assist in managing the learning management system and ensure that employee training records are up-to-date.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and training.
  
  

• Passionate about sports
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Familiarity with learning management systems
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Background in Gaming is a plus
