Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications and features to meet business needs
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and trends in software development
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure software quality and testability

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Software Developer, preferably in a senior role
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, or Python
• Experience with web application development using frameworks like Spring, ASP.NET, or Django
• Expertise in database management systems, such as SQL Server or MySQL
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of software development principles, practices, and methodologies, including Agile/Scrum
