We are looking for a dedicated AI Product Manager to lead the development of our next generation of AI products.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

This role demands a strong analytical mindset and a deep understanding of AI technologies, coupled with the ability to work effectively across teams to launch products that are innovative, user-centric, and commercially viable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies tailored for AI technologies.
• Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative AI products.
• Define product roadmaps and schedules in collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the product effectively.
• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
• Working closely with VPs (especially R&D, Operation, Success and Marketing), and their teams and team leaders.
• Measures for job success: standing in deadlines and project budget.
  
  

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management.
• Robust understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Deep understanding and strategic vision on the one hand, and at the same time alertness to details, accuracy, and the ability to produce high-quality products.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience in AI space.
• High motivation and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build prototypes – build a preliminary model that includes the advantages and disadvantages and the ability to realize the future product.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the world of online companies such as CFD, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming – a significant advantage.
• Experience as a programmer and expertise in UX (understanding customer needs) – a significant advantage.
• Experience in QA, optimization, and measuring the effectiveness of the product – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with Jira and Figma – a significant advantage.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary systems – an advantage.
