Full Stack Engineer

Our forward-thinking start-up is looking for a Full-stack Programmer to lead the development of a data-driven web application focusing on a filterable search query functionality.

Location: Kiryat Ata, Israel (or Remote)

Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and development of a scalable web application, including front and backend components.

Oversee the setup and management of cloud environments for web and data servers.

Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to define and implement the web UI and ensure seamless user experience.

Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of the web application.

Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Stay updated with the latest technology trends and ensure the application remains at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a developer role in a tech-driven organization.

6+ years of experience, with extensive knowledge of front-end, and back-end, and proven experience building an application (or applications) from scratch.

Extensive experience in developing database-based web applications.

Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, etc.).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and setting up cloud environments for both web servers and data servers.

Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.

Strong software architecture background, setting up application environments with state-of-the-art frontend and database solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in the real estate investment or financial technology sectors.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
