Overview:

The Student Tech Ops Analyst position represents a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing and tracking cloud and other hosting-related costs, driving efficiency, and directly contributing to our organization's financial health and operational excellence.

A strong candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, the ability to work with numbers at scale, professional data analysis skills, attention to detail, and dedication to high-quality standards.

About the role:

• Proactively monitor and assess our cloud hosting expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and
  
  

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate cloud cost
• Develop financial models to forecast cloud costs, using Google Sheets, BiqQuery, CloudZero, etc
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and make informed
  
  

• Collaborate with tech teams to drive cost-optimization initiatives
• Define and implement work procedures with internal stakeholders to improve DT’s cloud
  
  

• Identify and drive best practices to improve workflows and efficiency
• Define, measure, and track KPIs related to hosting efficiency
• Additional tasks and activities as required by the business
  
  

• Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems or equivalent student with a sense of
• excellence
• At least 3 semesters left until graduation
• Strong technical and analytical background
• Excellent English skills, written and verbal - a must
• Experience in visualizing and presenting data insights
• Familiarity with cloud computing and budget management - a strong advantage
• High proficiency with G-Suite or very good ability to learn new suites and technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, build and implement processes while collaborating
  
  

• Independent, problem-solver, self-organized and self-learner
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Monday, etc.) and BI tools (Sisense, Tableau,
• etc.) - an advantage
• Familiarity with SQL - a strong advantage
