We're searching for a dynamic Head of marketing to join our leadership team. This role is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping our company's direction from the ground up, from day to day, hands-on tasks throughout strategic marketing leadership and insights.

• Develop and execute the company's overall marketing in alignment with business objectives
• Conduct market research, plan and execute the GTM strategies.
• Develop go-to-market plans, create materials, organize conferences and events
• Manage digital and social media, oversee PR, campaigns, events, workshops, and participate in product definition, consumers characterization, and sales channel definition.
• Build local marketing presence in international markets, including the UAE,US Europe and Africa
• Manage marketing activities, focusing on Emirates / USA/ Israel through different channels: direct to consumers, doctors' clinics, partners etc.
• Select and manage subcontractors for high-quality marketing services globally.
• Analyze and understand new markets and drive the product-market fit process.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• +6 years of hands-on experience in product marketing; preferably in the field of pharma/medical devices and/or biotech, healthcare product/industry - advantage
• +3 years of managing marketing team experience
• Proven experience with the USA market; experience with the UAE market is an additional advantage.
• Extensive experience in handling subcontractors and delivering large-scale, multi-global marketing projects.
• Consumer marketing experience; knowledge of longevity and cell therapy - a plus.
• Ability to market products and services to doctors - advantage.
• Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel as required for business purposes
