We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our FP&A data team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, the ability to integrate complex data from multiple sources, and experience in building business models and Tableau dashboards. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical specifications, and providing valuable insights focused on sales and marketing models.

About The Role

• Build reports, dashboards, and metrics, in addition to monitoring the integrity and validity of the data reported.
• Design and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisions.
• See beyond numbers and help to inform, influence, support, and execute our business decisions.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new opportunities.
• Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the process.
• Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives.
• Be a trusted partner for executive management to ensure program success.
  
  

What will you do?

• Utilize advanced SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Combine and integrate complex data sets to build comprehensive business models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and write detailed design documents.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data engineers.
• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics and insights.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support sales and marketing strategies.
  
  

Requirements

What you should have:

• +4 years of proven experience as a Data/Business Analyst.
• Proficient level of SQL - Must
• Experience in building business models and providing actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Tableau (or similar) for creating dashboards and visualizations.
• Advanced professional Hebrew and English - Must
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write design documents and translate business requirements into technical language.
• Experience in the sales and marketing - advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
