Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruitment Specialist based in Petah Tikva. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for interviewing, communication, recruiting, and sourcing. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting phone screens and interviews, and managing the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a recruiter
• Hiring, interviewing, and recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in training and onboarding
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
