Electronic Design Engineer

We are looking for a versatile Electronic Engineer with extensive experience in board design and a strong background in leading the design, editing, and assembly of PCB (Printed Circuit Board). 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of electronic circuit boards, from concept through to production, ensuring designs meet technical specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Utilize expertise in microcontroller selection and integration to implement embedded systems solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design constraints, and testing criteria for new product development initiatives.
• Manage the editing and refinement of PCB layouts, optimizing for signal integrity and manufacturability.
• Cooperate with third-party PCB assembly and manufacturing vendors to oversee prototype builds, quality assurance processes, and production scaling.
• Conduct thorough design reviews, simulations, and testing to validate board performance and functionality across various operational conditions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in electronic board design, with a strong emphasis on microcontroller-based systems and PCB assembly management with third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in CAD tools for schematic capture and PCB layout (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
• Experience in leading design projects, from initial concept through to mass production, demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with RF principles and network protocols is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
