Analytics Team Lead

A international healthcare billing firm in Tel Aviv is looking for an Analyst Team Lead to join their Analytics Division to manage and oversee the tasks and productivity of a group of analysts. This is a hybrid position. 

Responsibilities:

- Prioritize tasks for team members.

- Lead and monitor team members’ workloads, efficiency, and quality of work.

- Oversee the workflow of the Team’s assigned clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for team-related inquiries.

- Ensure the team meets its KPIs.

- Conduct one-on-one meetings with each team member to review feedback for process improvement.

- Accessing, analyzing, and integrating financial and other data from a variety of hospital data systems

Requirements:

- Over 2 years of hands-on experience leading a small team of 3 or more employees.

- More than 2 years of experience in the healthcare business industry, insurance, or billing companies is a significant advantage.

- Familiarity with case management and workflow systems.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture.

- Experience with SQL is a plus.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- High level of written and spoken English is essential.

- BA/BSc degree.
