Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the software development and e-commerce sectors. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. A solid understanding of software development and coding practices is essential to effectively manage technical projects and communicate with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development and e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail.
