- Managing customer portfolios and providing technical support in the system.

- Training and implementing on the system.

- Company events, Happy Hour, holiday celebrations, and birthday recognition.

Location: Bursa, Ramat Gan.

Job Requirements:

- Confidence and charisma in customer interactions.

- Experience in customer service.

- Training experience - both face-to-face and online.

- Experience in technical support - mandatory.

- Ability to work in a team.

- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.

Position Type: Full-time, 8:00-17:00.
