VP of Sales and Marketing

A well-established and leading company owned by public entities in the central region, specializing in income-producing real estate, is seeking for an experienced and dynamic VP of Sales and Marketing to lead the company's sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of all sales and marketing activities of the company with a team of 4 employees.
• Develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Recruit new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Manage complex negotiations.
• Represent the company in the media, at conferences and professional events.
• Work closely with other teams in the company, including finance, operations, and legal departments.

Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience of 5+ years in marketing and sales in the field of income-producing real estate.
• Proven ability to recruit new customers and maintain excellent customer relationships.
• Ability to write and read contracts.
• High negotiation management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the world of real estate agents.
• Experience in lecturing at conferences and events.
• Energy, high motivation, hunger, and ability to work independently.

• A bachelor's degree in marketing/law/industry and management/public administration/business administration or any other relevant field.
