Patent Attorney and Lawyer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm specializing in patents
• Proven expertise in patent litigation, cancellation, and opposition
• Proficiency in English at a very high level
• A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Health, or Business Administration is advantageous
• Availability for part-time or full-time work
• Experience in commercial law, corporate law, competition law, and general litigation is advantageous
• Flexibility to work both from the office and remotely
• Comprehensive knowledge of patent examination, with an advantage in patent registration and filing
• Extensive experience with the Patent Registrar, including conducting patent searches
• Proficiency in computer science and artificial intelligence is a plus
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain high availability
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and companies is a plus
• Previous experience at a similar pharmaceutical company is beneficial
• Essential experience in handling patents in the pharmaceutical sector
