Pre-Internship Law Student

Lightricks Legal Team serves as an in-house counsel handling all the company’s global legal needs, including corporate, commercial, commercial intellectual property and privacy work, and assists in the management of the company’s day-to-day legal and regulatory compliance. The legal counsel provides corporate and commercial legal advice to the organization’s divisions and subsidiaries around the world.

We are looking for an excellent law student starting their 3rd year of law school who is passionate about technology and commercial law and wishes to work for a global company, to join our Legal Team in a pre-internship position.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage Lightricks’ legal data room
• Facilitate the ongoing operation of Lightricks’ Contract Management System
• Review and draft simple contracts and participate in other legal projects together with Lightricks’ Legal Team members

• English at mother tongue level - a must
