Responsibilities:

 Retention of existing customers

 Identifying new customers

 Regular work with strategic clients

 Sales to strategic clients

Required skills in both professional and social domains:

 At least 3 years of experience in a similar role as a field sales manager – a

must!

 Bachelor’s degree – a must

 Master’s degree – an advantage

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Thinks independently but receives a paycheck ��

 High ability to read reports and draw conclusions

 High implementation capability

 Analytical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and dedication to the

post

 Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

 Self-learning ability and ambition

 A love for people and working with them

 Very high interpersonal skills and empathy

 High proficiency in English
