Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, development, and execution. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on execution. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and development efforts in one of Linearb’s main business domains, focusing on optimizing user experiences and driving product scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders, to define product goals and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes.
• Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, including Agile and Lean.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Experience in B2B SAAS is a plus.

  • Experience as a developer and a good understanding in SDLC (software development lifecycle)
  • BSc in computer science or related fields
