Senior UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional user experience designs that enhance user experience and engagement across our digital platforms. This role involves close collaboration with development, design, and product teams to ensure our products are user-friendly, intuitive, and meet user needs.

Responsibilities:

• Use your interpersonal communication skills to work within dynamic and fast cross-functional teams.
• Develop user-centered design solutions using research/data to create wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
• Raise the bar for product quality and usability across our unified platform by advocating for habits creation design in product roadmap and product strategy.
• Work across multiple products to create elegant, seamless, consolidated user experiences.
• Continuously explore new ideas to improve and delight our users - Research user needs, generate creative solutions and advocate for innovations that push our products to the next level.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in UX design for complex web-based B2B platforms,
• Experience in a startup environment and collaborating closely with R&D
• You have a positive attitude and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Motivation to grow and learn as a team and as an individual
• Portfolio - a must
