What's Guardio?



Guardio is a B2C cyber security startup which offers security & privacy solutions directly to consumers - regular people, not corporate companies. We develop products you’d want for you, your parents, family & friends. Our goal is to protect real people from cyber problems and crime. If you need the buzzwords, we help our users avoid and combat the modern world’s security threats, like phishing, scams, malware, browser hijacking, identity theft, and more.

Guardio is a relatively small company (around 80 people), on a rapid growth path, and we are looking for a content leader to join our company and manage our content team. We write all our content in-house, both Product and Marketing, and take pride in moving fast using the newest technology to advance our abilities. We already have over a million registered customers in the USA and plenty of new products and features in the pipeline.

So, what's the job?

We are looking for a Head of Content to join Guardio, reporting to our VP Product. Native English, managerial experience in a startup environment, and diverse writing experience are a must.

You will:

• Be responsible for Guardio’s content strategy and the content we produce, across all products and channels: Desktop, App and Funnels, user communication, marketing and user acquisition.
• Help build Guardio’s brand - set voice and tone guidelines, test them in production and iterate on them.
• Manage and mentor our 3 content/UX/Marketing writers.
• Harness technology advancements in order to do more and better. Create Guardio’s Content Agents and make sure the company fully utilizes them.
  
  

• Native English speaker with a fine understanding of tone, language nuances, and American cultural context. Has the ability to tailor content to different audiences and platforms effectively.
• 5+ years of experience in content and content strategy roles within startup environments, with a proven track record of thriving in a KPI-driven culture, showcasing adaptability, agility, and proactive problem-solving.
• Demonstrates a fearless pursuit of unconventional ideas and technologies, including AI, to pioneer innovative content creation. Inspire and empower team members to embrace experimentation and think creatively.
• Great understanding of Hebrew - able to follow a business discussion.
