Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us find the best talent in the industry. The ideal candidate will have

experience sourcing candidates for technical positions and a deep understanding of the technology industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet the necessary requirements
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
• Coordinate with the recruiting team to schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions
• Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to attract top talent
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
• Solid understanding of technical roles and the technology industry
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
