Bookkeeper

abra is currently seeking for a talented 🏆Type 3 Bookkeeper🏆 for a public leading high-tech company.

The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Main Responsibilities

• Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
• Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely processing of payroll

Required qualifications & background:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (Having experience working at a public / high-tech company can be a significant advantage when applying for job)
• Full charge bookkeeping up to balance sheet
• Processing of supplier invoices and credit cards
• Regular reporting to authorities
• Payroll records management
• Responsibility for fixed asset management, asset acquisition, and registration checks
• Strong organizational and analytical skills Detail oriented
