Delivery Group Manager

A warm and forward-thinking company, is looking for a Delivery Group Manager to oversee our digital projects department, lead teams of analysts and systems integrators responsible for hundreds of digital projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in managing analysis/delivery departments of technological projects in WEB/Mobile environments.
• Full responsibility for all digital applications within the organization (B2B/B2C), from business requirement definition, through development and testing, to deployment and operation.
• Comprehensive oversight of work plans, project planning, functional and technical analysis, budget management, and adherence to milestones for all digital projects within the company.
• Professional and personal management of team leaders and department staff, experience in matrix management and effective leadership across multiple interfaces.
• Project prioritization, task allocation, and ongoing change management.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Experience in a large financial organization (insurance/banking/investment) - an advantage.
